In order to gain this qualification the learner will be required to plan a 15-minute mini-PT session for their client based around the ‘Big-4’ exercises and training systems. They will then be required to deliver this programme to their client under the eye of their tutor in order to determine their competence in using kettlebells as a training tool. They will be required to plan and deliver at least three of the Big-4 and two separate rep-schemes to their client.

During the assessment they must achieve positive results in at least 70% of the criteria points including positive marks for ALL of the shaded boxes. (Turn to the Summative Assessment Checklist for more understanding on these criteria)
