Course Description: 

Back pain affects about 80% of the adult population. It is one of the major forms of skeletal muscle degeneration. Research shows that it mainly affects people who work in closed spaces.

The course is based on the scientific study of human movement.

Theoretical lessons alternate with the most important functional and evaluation aspects, with practical lessons where you will learn some strategies for dealing with dysfunctional posture problems.

Learning Outcomes: 

After completing the course the participant will be able to make an assessment of static and dynamic postural balance and organize a recovery strategy between the muscle chains and joint mobility, the basis of all the gestures of everyday life and sports.
