Scientific review of muscle hypertrophy, most effective muscle hypertrophy training techniques, periodisation for gaining more muscle size, nutritional strategies for muscle hypertrophy and appropriate sport nutritions including supplements.
This program will provide a better understanding that how to occur musle building and scientific findings of muscle hypertrophy. Participants will learn most effective hypertrophy training techniques and will be able to make appropriate periodisation to continue the development of hypertrophy. In addition, we will inform about appropriate dieting for hypertrophy. Also we will have a training session about supplements.
