About me:
Brian Zammit is a Physical Education teacher by profession. After graduating from the University of Malta in 2006, he furthered his professional development in fitness.
Brian qualified as a gym instructor in 2007 - and as a Personal Trainer in 2010. In 2013, he set up his own fitness business. This new journey motivated him to deepen his knowledge in the industry by furthering his education in health and fitness. This has helped him to provide an exceptionally healthy way of living among his clients including those experiencing health issues.
In 2017, he qualified as a Pre and Post Natal Instructor and in 2020 qualified as an Exercise Referral Instructor, giving him the knowledge to work with clients with various health conditions. In 2021 Brian specialized as an Obesity and Diabetes Exercise Instructor. His vast experience and a strong academic background in the industry helped him be accredited by the European Register for Fitness Professionals as an Advanced Health and Exercise Specialist.
Brian is married to Maria, a counselor, and have a daughter together.
