The coronavirus / COVID-19 has been listed by the World Health Organization as a pandemic. As an accredited training provider, we are very aware that this situation will be affecting your day-to-day business and your ability to work with existing and future learners.
The accreditation team are concerned to provide whatever support they can in these difficult times. In this light, we want to give you the autonomy to work with your current learners on programme to ensure they can continue their studies under the current local restrictions being applied in your region. Therefore, we want to notify you that we have no issue with face-to-face theoretical hours being run through online conference platforms (Skype, Microsoft Teams, Go2Meeting, Zoom etc) for the immediate future. These platforms along with phone and email should also be utilised to ensure you are touching base with students, assigning self-study work to keep them engaged and progressing through their course. In the current climate, practical workshops, internships and assessments must only be completed if in line with your local guidance regarding restrictions to movement and assembly.
